Delivery

Every Jack Spratt gift is personalised and made to order in our little garden studio in Lancashire, then wrapped with care and sent on its way.

UK delivery

Free UK delivery: 2–5 working days
Every UK order is delivered free with Royal Mail 48. Each gift is personalised to order and usually arrives within 2–5 working days.

Express delivery: £4.99
Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout and order by 4pm. We'll prioritise your order and send it the next working day by Royal Mail Tracked 24, so it arrives the day after, and we'll email you the tracking number. For example, order by 4pm on Monday and it'll be with you on Wednesday.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

International delivery

We send our gifts all over the world with Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for £15. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days after dispatch. Customs or import charges may apply in some countries and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking your order

As soon as your gift is on its way, we'll let you know by email. Express and international orders always include a tracking number. With free UK delivery, parcels are tracked, but smaller items sent as large letters are not.

Christmas and busy times

In the run-up to Christmas and other busy occasions, we'll show our last order dates on the website. We always recommend ordering early so your gift arrives in plenty of time.

Gift wrapping and messages

Add gift wrapping for £3.50, or choose our premium gift box for £5 on selected items. You can add a free gift message in your basket, and we'll pop it on a card for you. Babygrows, vests and tees arrive in our signature Jack Spratt box as standard.

Please check your address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away at jacksprattbaby@live.co.uk and we'll do our best to update it before your gift is sent.
